Wordle is a wonderful discovery. You can use it to generate book covers, find out key words in reports, make fun class lists, etc. It is fun to play with (as you can see from the graphics on this page!) Here is one done after the TIE conference.

Keep Vid is a way to download videos from You Tube. Just copy the URL of the movie you want to download, go to Keep Vid and post it into the URL box. Like magic, you can then download the video into a variety of formats and save it to your computer. No more worrying if you wll be available to access the video via the Internet!
Students can take polls by web voting through a link, texting with cell phones, and Up to 30 votes are free. Information can be converted into graphs, downloaded into slides, and shows responses. Select the type of poll you want, type your questions, save the poll, and the poll then goes live and ready to respond.
